In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service by assisting customers with their reputed company or pension benefits reputed company phone, email, and webchat. • Possible overtime available

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Previous call center or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual? Spanish or French speakers can earn an additional $0.75/hr (must be fluent)
