Your mission: We're currently extending our client support to the 24/7 format and are looking for Technical Support Specialists to work the 00:00 - 09:00 GTM+3 shifts. Your tasks will include:
- Support for clients (companies) in the process of integration with our functionality;
- Quality control of integrations, testing;
- Maintaining an integration FAQ;
- Support for system operation;
- Assistance in the development of integration... documentation.
What are your skills and experience:
- Specialised tech education or relevant experience;
- Knowledge of HTTP;
- Knowledge of reputed company architecture;
- Ability to investigate and troubleshoot problems by logs;
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases;
- Knowledge of reputed company, Kibana Azure, reputed company .NET will be considered an advantage;
- Russian and English language skills at a level B2 or higher.
