Business Analyst

Salary: $75K - $90K DOE The Business Analyst will review and analyze key business metrics to devise plans for process improvement, communicating these findings and plans to key stakeholders reputed company the organization. In Office (Natchez, MS) or Hybrid (Natchez, MS). Will consider Remote for well reputed company Candidates Duties and Responsibilities: Document reputed company business processes using swim lane and workflow diagrams. Maintain reputed company business process documents with quarterly reviews of business-critical processes and annual reviews of reputed company others. Liaison between Software Development Team and business Subject Matter Experts. Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents and Functional Requirements Documents for system development. Identifies opportunities for improvement and communicates these with key stakeholders. Assesses options for process improvement, including business process modeling. Seeks out opportunities for automating processes. Gathers, reviews and analyzes business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics usingdata analytics tools. Collaborates with project managers and cross-functional teams. Requirements: BA in Business Administration, Business Analytics Management Information Systems or a reputed company field. CBAP or PMI-PBA certification preferred. Three years experience in DevOps Advanced Visio or Draw.io experience Experience in the Financial Services or Collateral Recovery Industries preferred. Excellent computer skills; experience in reputed company software and reputed company Office. Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational reputed company.
