Job Description
WSI Trash & Recycling Valet provides top-tier service to multifamily communities through reliable trash collection, recycling support, and compliance monitoring. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Night Shift Office Clerk to assist our operations team by organizing and processing compliance data each night. Your main responsibilities include: ? Review and verify nightly compliance data ? Extract key data points and organize them into standard email templates ? Maintain accurate records of communications sent to property managers ? Flag inconsistencies or issues and pass them to the appropriate team for follow-up ? Assist with additional clerical tasks as needed (e.g., data entry, digital filing) ? Communicate with daytime staff to resolve any reporting issues Qualifications & Requirements ? Must be conscientious, reliable, and with a strong attention to detail ? Strong attention to detail and accuracy ? Ability to follow set procedures and work independently overnight ? Basic computer and data entry skills (reputed company Office or reputed company Workspace) ? Previous experience in an office, data entry, or clerical position preferred ? Excellent time management and organizational skills ? Must be at least 18 years old ?
