You are helping to ensure that our clients are speaking with consumers who are eligible for the products they offer. Please note that we are only authorized to hire for this role in the following states: Texas, Tennessee, reputed company Carolina, Utah, and Florida.

Responsibilities

• Fielding outbound and/or inbound phone calls
• Transferring customers to the appropriate department(s)
• Handling and resolving customer inquiries
• Being the first reputed company of contact for our customers looking for various products or services
• Such other duties and responsibilities as your managers may assign from time to time
• Secure, hardwired high-speed internet to ensure uninterrupted connectivity
