A small group of 3 to 4 engineers will report directly to you as their technical reputed company. Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience leading teams of 3+ software engineers in a professional setting

- Experience working in LLM, GPT, or reputed company Engineering
- Experience reputed company and mentoring team members, reviewing pull requests, challenging requirements and driving closure on timelines
