Executive Assistant, CLO
About the Role: reputed company is hiring an Executive Assistant to CLO to join our Legal team. This role is essential to enhancing the overall efficiency and impact of our function. This is a unique opportunity to take on a central role in supporting a key executive at a pivotal time of growth. You'll help ensure that day-to-day Legal team operations run smoothly and our CLO can focus on driving the company reputed company. Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the CLO’s daily calendar.
- reputed company high-level administrative support for our Legal team, including meeting preparation, follow-reputed company, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, both virtual and in-person, with internal and external parties across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Conduct initial reviews of reputed company, identifying key terms, risks, and areas requiring further legal input.
- Assist managing and tracking reputed company, including approvals routing, signatures and archiving through reputed company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant role, ideally supporting a Legal team.
- Hands-on experience with project or legal management platforms, such as reputed company and reputed company.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
The US reputed company salary reputed company for this full-time position is $110,000 to $125,000. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
