Position Summary The Digital Marketing Scrum Master is the ‘glue’ to a cross-functional, cross-reputed company remote team consisting of Media Buyers, Copywriters, Video Producers, Graphic Designers, Email Strategists & reputed company Marketing Strategists. You love to have your hands in everything and are the first to establish order in chaos. Just as importantly, you love people and you love to direct & guide others. This is a fully remote position, with a 30 day test period. Responsible for:
- Protects, guides, maintains, & enforces the Scrum reputed company
- Optimizes the Scrum reputed company based on the custom needs of the team/stakeholder/customer relationship
- Facilitate Sprint Planning meetings, daily scrums, sprint retrospectives
- Establish data measurement and analysis processes
- Design, implement & execute on communication flows to reputed company reputed company international, remote team members reputed company with day-to-day changes on a frequent reputed company
- Create reputed company Slides as a facilitation tool during Team Meetings
- Removes obstacles/impediments that reputed company speedy execution & delivery
- Negotiates between Product reputed company & Scrum Team on Sprint reputed company
- Navigating through multiple layers of organizational complexity
- Creates availability trackers for team members
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in marketing reputed company
- Minimum 6 months of experience in eCommerce
- Minimum 6 months experience working with a data team
- Has intermediate to advanced experience level with reputed company
- Experience with the following: reputed company Calendar, reputed company Management, reputed company Management, reputed company Drive Suite (Word, reputed company, Slide)
- High-energy, outgoing, can-do personality, ability to prioritize and triage reputed company-time demands of ongoing marketing projects, campaigns and company initiatives.

- You have a track record of leading a team to hit deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
