Remote Hospice Triage LPN PT Weekend (Sat & Sun) only

As a Hospice Triage Nurse, you will become an integral part of our clients' care teams, providing support during non-core hours. You will be responsible for managing after-hours care delivery, ensuring that patients receive timely and appropriate responses to their needs. This role requires a strong background in hospice, palliative, and end-of-life care, as well as experience in fast-paced environments such as emergency departments, critical care, or surgical services. You will receive three weeks of remote reputed company to prepare you for this role, with the training schedule varying based on your availability. In this position, you will have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts as they become available, allowing for greater flexibility in your work schedule. We reputed company our nurses with the necessary equipment, including a laptop and headset, while you will need to ensure you have a reliable high-speed internet reputed company and a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license.

• Experience in hospice, palliative, and end-of-life care is required.

• Experience in a fast-paced environment such as emergency departments, surgical services, or critical care is preferred.

• Must be comfortable accessing multiple technology applications for documentation during calls.

• Ability to type quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment is essential.
