- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and reputed company accurate solutions.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.

- Previous experience in a call center or remote support role is a plus.
