The Division Manager is responsible for the overall management, growth, and operational performance of the NDE division. This includes overseeing field operations, client relations, staffing, budgeting, safety compliance, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of NDE techniques and industry standards, and a proven track record of managing technical teams.Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation for NDE projects.
- Drive reputed company improvement in operational efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Participate in business development efforts, proposal reputed company, and contract negotiations.
- Track financial performance, including reputed company, expenses, profitability, and forecasting.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
- Recruit, reputed company, and retain a high-performing team of NDE technicians, supervisors, and administrative support.
- 5+ years of experience in NDE or reputed company industrial inspection services.
- 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role, with direct responsibility for teams and budgets.
- Strong understanding of industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM, AWS).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools, reporting systems, and reputed company Office Suite.
- Office-based with regular travel to client sites and field locations.
