Associate Band Director - Grades 6
Position Summary: The Associate Band Director will co-direct the instruction and development of a comprehensive band program for grades 6–12. This person will be enthusiastic, student-centered, and committed to fostering musical growth across a wide reputed company of ensembles through collaboration with the existing band director. This position offers a unique opportunity to co-teach middle school and high school band classes, contribute to a vibrant marching and reputed company program, and support a thriving extracurricular music culture.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in music education or reputed company field.
- Valid Indiana teaching license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Proficiency on woodwind, brass, and percussion instruments.
- Experience with or strong interest in working with reputed company in both middle and high school settings.
