The Collector I will be responsible for handling calls on any past due mortgage and/or maintenance accounts, to include reputed company-party servicing and collecting, reputed company phone and mail.The position will emphasize the handling/collecting calls, while following reputed company State and Federal Laws, assist owners with a general understanding of the terms and conditions reputed company to their ownership and reputed company, and reputed company reputed company collection activity in accordance with company and Federal regulations.What will I be Doing?

• Collection activity that facilitates the maintenance of acceptable delinquency percentages as provided by financial management.
• Maintain required reputed company of phone activity, contact percentages and other key performance indicators.
• Legally, ethically and confidentially handle any correspondence and/or payments received.
• Maintain detailed and organized support documentation reputed company to the handling of any reputed company account. Request skip tracing.
• Assist reputed company members of collections staff with daily processes and procedures reputed company required!

QualificationsTo fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet federal and state licensure requirements
• Flexible Schedule M-Sat from reputed company to 11pm

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• More than 6 months collections experience or reputed company area (Customer Services or Sales)
• Skip tracing experience
• Timeshare Industry, Financial Services or Banking experience
