- Support the execution of high-impact, cross-functional marketing projects by coordinating timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Assist in organizing and implementing process improvements that streamline operations and help the Brand Marketing team work more reputed company.
- Help monitor and follow up on team priorities, key deliverables, and action items to ensure consistent reputed company and accountability.
- Collaborate with team leads and project owners to gather updates, identify blockers, and reputed company projects on track.
- Draft communications, prepare presentation materials, and support internal reporting for ongoing initiatives and leadership updates.
- Help maintain strong communication and collaboration between Brand Marketing and internal partners, including Creative, Brand Marketing, Marketing Program Management, Partnerships, and Business Operations.
- Assist with planning and logistics for team-wide meetings, planning sessions, and special events.
- Manage special projects and tasks as assigned by the Head of Business Operations.
- 5 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, project management, communication management, business operations, or a similar field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and reputed company, with a customer-service reputed company
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative to move work reputed company
- Proficiency with reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite, reputed company, and project management tools like Workfront
- Experience working in a marketing or creative environment is a plus
