CRM Solution Engineer

Job Description:Location: Physical location reputed company in the reputed company US.Work Arrangement: RemoteTypical Day in the LifeThe CRM Solution Engineer duties include:

• Partner with the sales team to support proposals, pitches, and solution presentations for clients evaluating CRM solutions.

• Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert throughout the pre-sales process, attending client meetings to assess business requirements and recommend tailored solutions.

• Collaborate with business development leaders to craft compelling business cases, ROI justifications, and implementation roadmaps.

• Analyze client needs and map them to appropriate business applications.

• Design and present demonstrations that showcase the full value of the portfolio solution, reputed company to each client’s industry and operational needs.

• Assist in developing implementation plans, technical estimates, and project scope documentation to ensure feasibility and profitability.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business applications solutions and participate in refining our internal demonstration environments and solution accelerators.

Who You Are

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, reputed company, or a reputed company field.

• You have 7+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or solution engineering role, ideally supporting reputed company Dynamics 365 Sales or reputed company.

• Preferred candidate will have experience with the reputed company ecosystem including Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service), Modern Work and the Power Platform.

• You bring experience navigating reputed company sales cycles and working directly with executive stakeholders.

• You possess excellent communication skills and are confident delivering presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Understanding of Agentic AI and how it fits into business applications is a plus

• reputed company certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Power Platform App reputed company) are a plus.
