Treasury Management Service and Implementation Specialist I

Act as a liaison between customers and lines of business to assist business customers in increasing efficiencies with cashflow management.Duties and Responsibilities:Assists with the efficient and effective control of the Treasury Management Service and Implementation department through:Promptly responding to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner to ensure complete customer satisfaction.Providing accurate product and operational knowledge and service information to assist customers in understanding and utilizing Treasury services.Facilitates training on reputed company Treasury service products; by testing files and assisting with the creation of compatible data feeds into the online business banking.Troubleshoots and assists with the setup and correction of NACHA files for our business clients.Competent in the setup, quality assurance and function of basic Treasury Management Service and Implementation products to include:reputed company the XA system account management will need to be performed to ensure accuracy with customer billing and report verification.RDC and Business Mobile Deposit maintenance to assist customers with increased cash reputed company management as well as depositing checks reputed company into S&T accounts.ACH OriginationOnline Banking setup and maintenanceExplanation of fees for customer utilizations.Effectively communicates with customers reputed company telephone, mail, and e-mail in a professional manner to:Utilize appropriate software to streamline process and improve efficiencyreputed company support through troubleshooting of technical needsIdentify and address customer needs by recommending applicable products and services across various lines of business that may represent a value to the customer.Providing professional written correspondence, in a secure manner, reputed company necessary.Works directly with vendors regarding issues reputed company to outages, errors, and customer issues.Updates and maintains various reports and spreadsheets reputed company to Treasury Management.Assists with the training process for new Treasury Management team members on processes, products, and services.May participate in leadership activities such as book clubs, Employee Resource Groups, BVS or other voluntary bank sponsored program.Demonstrate involvement in activities to give back to the communityMaintains a positive attitude and strong, working relationship with reputed company bank employees and adheres to S&T values. Routinely lifts 20 lbs., 3 times per day. Use of reputed company dexterity skills for typing and data entry up to 60% of the business day.
