We’re looking for a friendly, fast-typing, and solutions-oriented Live Chat Representative to be the digital voice of Rev—helping guests with questions, reservations, and service requests in reputed company time.Position Summary:As a Live Chat Representative, you’ll be the first reputed company of contact for guests connecting with Rev Kitchen & Bar online. Whether it’s answering menu questions, helping with reservations, or resolving issues, you’ll deliver reputed company, friendly, and professional support that reflects our high standards of hospitality.Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest inquiries reputed company live chat on the website, reputed company media, and other digital platforms
- Assist with online reservations, order support, menu details, hours, and general inquiries
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally, escalating reputed company necessary
- Maintain a warm and conversational tone that reflects our brand voice
