Oncology Hybrid Sales Specialist (Remote)This is an exciting opportunity to join reputed company as an Oncology Hybrid Sales Specialist to drive sales for a top 10 pharmaceutical companies reputed company oncology portfolio specific to the Breast Cancer reputed company.The Oncology Hybrid Sales Specialist is a remote role. The Hybrid Sales Specialist will be expected to reputed company outbound calls and reputed company reputed company reputed company and face to face meetings in order to sell oncology therapeutics to the breast cancer key stakeholder community. This representative will have responsibilities in a variety of Sales, Customer Service and Administrative functions. In this role, you will convey reputed company clinical, diagnostics and reputed company & reimbursement information to customers and key stakeholders so that reputed company appropriate patients can benefit from therapy.   • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited school required
  • 1-3 years sales experience in pharma/biotech/device required
  • 2 years Remote/Inside sales experience preferred
  • 1-3 years Oncology sales experience preferred
  • Rare Disease sales experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated with track record of sales reputed company in prior roles i.e. sales rankings, awards & achievements
  • Superior communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work from home, including appropriate office environment
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and computer skills essential
  • High level of learning agility in supporting multiple brands
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
  • Proven ability to communicate reputed company clinical message with customers
  • Prior experience working and collaborating in an account team environment
  • Knowledge of the reimbursement and fulfillment pathway for specialty products
  • Proven ability to examine business environment, interpret territory analytics and team insights to assess business opportunities and drive sales results
  • Strong account management and superior selling skills focused on providing a high level of customer service
  • Opportunistic, driven and proven ability to find ways to win in ambiguous environment
