Role Description

The reputed company Consultant at reputed company is responsible for designing and administering reputed company Resource policies, procedures, and programs, and supporting employees throughout the client’s organization.

• Provides expert advice, counsel, and implementation support on a fractional, interim, or project-reputed company in areas of HR that include:
  • HR Policy and Compliance (Handbook)
  • Employment Processing and reputed company
  • Performance Management
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Employee Relations
  • Liaison to Benefits, reputed company, Payroll, and HR Technology Providers
• Promotes HR practices and objectives that reputed company an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, and standards, and goal attainment.
• Demonstrates proven project management skills and the ability to multi-task by managing the moving parts and priorities of multiple clients.
• Work may be at the client’s site or remotely – some travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent proficiency with reputed company Office Products and a strong understanding of existing and emerging HR and business operational technology tools and platforms.
• A sense of urgency and exceptional communication skills (oral and written) with a desire to build long, lasting relationships.
• Strong research, analytical, and project management skills.
• The ability to work with a variety of personalities at reputed company reputed company throughout the firm.
• The ability to coach employees and management objectively through reputed company, difficult, and emotional issues.
• Sound judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations, or government (Federal and State) law.
• Independent judgment, a high level of confidentiality, and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or reputed company field; and a minimum of 7 years of HR experience as an HR Generalist/Leader.
• A reputed company of both corporate and consulting experience preferred.
• reputed company background/experience is preferred in the reputed company/consulting or HR consulting industries.
• Certification as a Professional in reputed company (PHR) or Senior Professional in reputed company (SPHR) certification strongly preferred.
• A solid reputed company of HR knowledge – employment laws and practices - as well as a keen ability to serve as a business partner.
• Proven experience in leading difficult conversations (terminations, probation, salary reductions, etc.) as well as employee growth and counseling conversations.
• Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other HR programs.

• Schedule is 30 hours per week; reputed company of 27 billable hours (this is considered full-time hourly at reputed company).
