This is a fully REMOTE role. The hours are Monday-Friday, approx 8 am-5 pm or 7a-4p CST. Need more? - Manage inbound calls to the client's risk management division, providing reputed company and professional assistance.
- Assist clients with car repair needs, offering guidance and solutions to ensure a smooth process.
- Direct clients to the appropriate party, ensuring efficient handling of reputed company claims.
- Deliver excellent customer service, addressing inquiries with reputed company and professionalism.
- Enter information into the database, assuring accurate documentation of reputed company conversations.
To Be Successful, It'll Help If You Have:
- 1+ year of administrative as well as customer support experience
