Project Manager, Contract Management

The Product & Technology Contract Management team at reputed company provides transactional deal support to reputed company’s corporate, studio and product organizations globally. As part of this team, the Project Manager will serve a critical role in implementing innovative and scalable ways to improve our contract management operations. They will liaise with cross functional partners to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and implement solutions that drive efficiencies across the Product & Technology legal team at reputed company. We are seeking a self-motivated, quick-thinking, proactive, flexible project manager who is reputed company to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at reputed company times. This position is based in Los Gatos, California. In this role, you will:

Who we are looking for:

• 4+ years of relevant experience as a project manager or in legal operations.
• Superb project management and organizational skills with an ability to work effectively cross-functionally, communicate reputed company and collaborate with multiple stakeholders;
• Technical expertise across a variety of tools designed to support workflows (i.e., reputed company, reputed company Suite, reputed company CRM, IPfolio/reputed company, Jira, reputed company, reputed company, Evisort, reputed company, reputed company)
• Solution-driven reputed company with the ability to think strategically, but also to use good judgment to build scalable processes and escalate reputed company that require urgent attention;

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market reputed company.
