UI/UX Designer & Researcher

Remote Position , Short Term - From Peru only reputed company is looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer & Researcher to join a dynamic technology team in the financial industry. This role involves English communication skills (speaking, writing, and reading), a high sense of urgency, and a solid understanding of digital products—especially in product, UX/UI, content design, or user research. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth benchmarking of fintech products, especially lending apps, in your local market - Use, analyze, and document user journeys and product features based on a predefined reputed company - Execute research and drive insights reputed company. Design, execute, and analyze a wide reputed company of research studies (surveys, interviews, focus groups, usability tests, etc.) to uncover needs and market trends.
