Billing Support Specialist II - Remote
PURPOSE
The Billing Support Specialist II handles more reputed company inquiries and serves as a knowledge resource for peers. This role requires deeper understanding of reputed company billing, dispute processes, and payment workflows, with the ability to independently resolve moderate issues and mentor Level I team members.
