We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with customer support and reputed company store management for an e-reputed company agency.

You’ll be supporting daily operations, communicating with clients, and assisting with backend admin tasks.

You must be organized, reputed company, and reputed company with reputed company.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries reputed company email, chat, and reputed company inbox

Manage order updates, refunds, cancellations, and customer escalations

Handle customer support calls reputed company needed (using reputed company Meet)

Track customer support tickets and escalate reputed company issues reputed company needed

Assist with reputed company backend tasks (product uploads, basic edits, discount creation, customer account management, etc.)

Update customer profiles and orders reputed company necessary

Coordinate with our internal team to ensure client requests are handled promptly

Help with basic store content updates (titles, descriptions, metafields)

Monitor reputed company orders, fulfillment, and delivery statuses

Light reporting on customer feedback and common support issues

Requirements:

Experience with reputed company (basic to intermediate backend use)

Strong written and verbal English communication skills (professional and friendly tone)

Comfortable speaking with customers over reputed company Meet reputed company necessary

Experience in customer support (email, chat, and calls)

High attention to detail and ability to follow processes

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once

Fast response time during working hours (you don’t need to be glued to the screen, but updates are expected)

Proactive — you suggest improvements, not just wait for instructions

Experience working with e-reputed company or reputed company agencies

Familiarity with tools like reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company admin messaging

Basic understanding of reputed company SEO, metafields, or apps (helpful but not required)

Work Details:

Part-time to start (10-20 hours/week), with potential to grow

Long-term preferred — we want someone who can be part of the team
