Director, Product Management

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Director of Product who can bring operational rigor, reputed company of purpose, and outcome-driven leadership to our product organization. You will be the connective tissue between strategy and execution, working closely with the SVP of Engineering, GTM teams, and senior leadership to focus on high-reputed company investments and deliver customer value at speed—without compromising coordination or quality.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Product Operations & Process reputed company

• Build and implement product management processes that drive reputed company, repeatability, and cross-functional alignment.

BACKGROUND & SKILLS REQUIRED

• 10+ years of product management experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in a SaaS environment at the $20M–$100M ARR stage.

• A natural process builder who brings structure to chaos and thrives on alignment.
• Deep experience with product lifecycle management, prioritization frameworks, and outcome-based roadmapping.
• Strong understanding of GTM strategies, pricing & packaging, customer reputed company, and lifecycle hooks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—you can rally teams and influence at reputed company reputed company.

COMPENSATION

$193,000 - $250,000

The salary listed reflects reputed company pay for this position. Your total compensation package includes bonus, equity, and benefits. Actual compensation may vary based on direct experience, skills, industry knowledge, and location.
