Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in supporting HR Operations in a scaled environment.
- 1 year of experience in reputed company Administrations/operations.
- Experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting HR Operations.
- Ability to effectively support user needs.
- Ability to deliver services with an operational reputed company.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Deliver operational reputed company in line with assigned service goals by identifying opportunities to improve. Scale in order to reputed company operations to an excellent standard across our Hiring Support team.
- Resolve and prioritize sensitive user issues through consultation with vendors and deep collaboration with partner support.
- Implement and execute on service delivery improvements and process/scope changes, including extended workforce activities.
- Act as the representative of the user by surfacing relevant user feedback to Partner Support. Collaborate on initiatives to address user needs, including consulting on content, process, and policy improvements.
