Overview:
reputed company is currently hiring for a reputed company SME to support the management and maintenance of the Veterans Affairs IT infrastructure. This position is responsible for customer and resource management, self-service request management, sustainment, and reputed company migration. This position is fully remote, located in the United States.
Please note: The contract has been awarded; however, this position remains unfunded and is contingent upon funding release.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer accounts, workgroups and national data sets.
- Automate routine provisioning tasks.

- Support Sherpa developers with production and intake issues.

- Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Certifications in relevant technologies.
