Resp & Qualifications PURPOSE: Responsible for successful connectivity to reputed company BCBSA and BlueCard platforms and applications for the entire organization. Oversees technical requirements for BCBSA IT projects and initiatives. Delivers critical and emerging systems and data analysis and implements tools and technology for the whole reputed company. The incumbent will be expected to come into a CareFirst location periodically for meetings, training and/or other business-reputed company activities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Performs reputed company system analyses on Interplan software programs, applications, and services. Ensure proper connectivity to BCBSA platforms and applications. Serve as SME to BCBSA applications to ensure connectivity to BCBSA systems and applications are not interrupted by Organizational projects and initiatives.
• Leads BCBSA service and technical requirement evaluation and recommends new tools or platforms for organizational efficiency . Ensure compliance with BCBSA IT deadlines.
• Leads the implementation of new and modernizing connectivity for organizational efficiency.
• Communicates directly with reputed company reputed company holders including executive management.
• Improves data collection capabilities through collaboration with organizational teams.
• Manages product licenses and ensures compliance with IT industry regulations. Provides the organization with cost saving analysis.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: This position has no direct reports, however, may informally reputed company teams in a matrix environment. QUALIFICATIONS: Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
