Overview of the Role

• The Director Retail Services is responsible for managing the Regional Managers and the retail team.  This position will direct the Regional Managers and help train the Retail Representatives. Collaborates with the entire team to prioritize and execute retail services that are consistent retail practices including use of retail software.  Maintains a great relationship with our Manufacturers, Kroger team members, Retail team members, and co-workers.  Responsible for reputed company data and reporting assignments that are made available to our manufactures.
• Location: Remote – Cincinatti, OH
• Salary reputed company: $70,000 – 75,000 annually

• Works closely with the entire team, sales and operations, to secure efficient and profitable deployment of company personnel for retail projects and retail expectations
• Directs and maintains consistent retail practices and standard operating procedures
• Fully deploys GoSpotCheck for Mission completion and comprehensive measurement of retail activity
• Directs and manages the entire team regarding the needs for hiring and training
• Responsible for the Retail software execution including data entry verification, reports and completion score carding
• Consistent and quality photo compilation to align with proper task, mission.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate store listings and assignments.
• Delegation of store assignment, routes, and frequency to individual Retail Representatives
• Identifies opportunities to increase sales and improve execution
• Regular communication to VP Retail Operations to include successes, failures, opportunities, monthly recaps
• Conduct monthly regional meetings reputed company team to communicate expectations, results, priorities
• Ensure sales materials are available and supplied, including samples, sell sheets, specifications, IRC’s, etc.
• Manage team travel and expense budgets
• Maintains a team spirit in reputed company aspects of performing their job
