Medical Assistant Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate reputed company Assistant to join reputed company. This role is pivotal in providing top-notch patient care through effective triage and remote patient monitoring. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with technology, and have a passion for making a difference in the lives of patients.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial patient triage remotely, assessing patient needs and urgency of care.

Monitor patient health data and alerts through our remote patient monitoring system.

Communicate effectively with patients reputed company phone, and messaging platforms, providing care instructions.

Coordinate with reputed company providers to update patient care plans based on remote monitoring data.

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Participate in reputed company education to stay updated on best practices in remote patient care and technology.

Requirements

Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program.

Proven experience in a medical assistant role, with a strong preference for experience in triage and patient monitoring.
