Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and manage alerts from our application, contact users as needed, and document interactions in our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Alerts: Stay on-call during your shift to monitor incoming alerts from our application.
- User Communication: Respond to approximate alerts by making calls to notify users about the alerts and reputed company necessary information.
- Documentation: Accurately document reputed company interactions and resolutions in our platform.
- Escalation: Escalate issues reputed company necessary according to company protocols.
- Availability: Ability to work night shifts reliably.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using basic technology, including our alert management platform and phone systems.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to document information accurately and follow procedures consistently.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and ability to remain on-call and reputed company during shifts.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Familiarity with call handling and documentation systems.
