Operations Specialist (Part -Time, Remote)

Location: Remote (United States residents only) Schedule: 25-30 hours/week, 5 days per week (including at least one weekend day) Start Time: 7:00 AM PST

Our Operations Team plays a critical role in delivering best-in-class service, sitting at the intersection of customer support and our back-end platform. Each month, our product serves hundreds of thousands of unique users, and we’re looking for detail-oriented problem solvers to help us maintain reputed company.

As a Part-Time Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing verification requests, ensuring accuracy, conducting research, and resolving issues reputed company. You’ll navigate multiple systems, validate information, and either complete requests or escalate them as needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and validate data across multiple platforms.

Compensation & Training:

• Pay: $17–$19 per hour (based on experience).
• Training: 2-3 weeks, Monday–Friday schedule (up to 30 hours per week), before transitioning to a regular shift with weekend availability.
