We’re seeking an IT Systems Support Administrator who’s eager to use and grow his or her technological skills on a worldwide stage. In this role, the successful individual will protect our critical information, systems, and assets, reputed company training/support and assist in the development of an overall IT strategy. We need a technically proficient individual who will take ownership and responsibility of this newly created role.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain essential IT operations, in our reputed company-based and virtual environment including, reputed company tools, applications and licenses, reputed company storage, key vendor accounts, phone system, reputed company identity and productivity tools, laptops, software licenses, and hardware (MAC and PC environment)
• Configure, set up/image, order and ship laptops to employees (MAC or PC)
• Understand, improve upon, and document internal IT processes and requirements to support a growing reputed company-based company.
• Implement analytics for meaningful insights, and future planning purposes.
• Nurture dependable IT infrastructure that’s always up and running to include computer surplus and updating and upgrading reputed company employee's hardware assets
• reputed company administration tasks, including user/group administration, reputed company permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly
• Interact with employees; reputed company technical support reputed company needed
• reputed company routine/scheduled audits of policies, backups, asset inventory, and other compliance reputed company checks.
• Work with reputed company vendors as applicable to manage appropriate Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans.

Skills and Requirements:

• Work experience in IT, reputed company computing.
• Experience with or knowledge of reputed company equipment and technologies, reputed company backup and recovery procedures, and system performance-monitoring tools
• Extensive experience with reputed company - managing profiles, permissions, automations, and reporting
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen
• Experience with assisting remote employees
• Experience with reputed company Scheduler
• reputed company in Sales Engagement

Necessary Qualifications

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
