Customer Service Representative - HYBRID 3 DAYS ONSITE

A client in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Customer Service Representative that will be providing customer service and technical support by applying a broad understanding of computer systems products and services. Maintains information technology service, functionality, and user satisfaction by answering questions, troubleshooting, and resolving reputed company problems. On a day-to-day reputed company, this role is the first technical reputed company of contact by answering inbound calls from reputed company to help assist them with their questions. This position will utilize inbound phone calls, data entry, ticketing systems, and sometimes will need to remote into a citizen's computer to help walk them through any technical issues or questions they have.
