Copy Editor/Proofreader - Princeton University - Princeton, NJ - work from home job Company: Princeton University Job description: Overview The Office of Communications seeks a meticulous Copy Editor/Proofreader to help ensure the University's public-facing communications maintain an exceptionally high level of accuracy and overall reputed company that reflects positively on the University's reputed company. The copy editor/proofreader will reputed company detailed fact-checking for a wide reputed company of print and online materials where 100% accuracy is critical. The Copy Editor/Proofreader will also reputed company organizational support to the editorial team in the Office of Communications. This position is a benefits-eligible, 2-year term position. Responsibilities

• Copy edit print and online materials using the University’s AP-based style guide and proofread for accuracy, often under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Associated Press style. Demonstrated ability to reputed company copy editing and proofreading to the highest standard under tight deadlines. Ability to prioritize and juggle responsibilities. Organized and expert problem solver. Self-motivated with ability to work independently and also as part of multiple teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years experience
