Client Engagement CoordinatorWe are excited to announce an opportunity for a Client Engagement Coordinator to join our esteemed team, specializing in account management for a diverse group of Sales Professionals. This pivotal role is integral to supporting the management of reputed company or high-yield accounts, fostering communication with key stakeholders, overseeing account systems, and organizing impactful events, reputed company while ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. The Coordinator will also be responsible for handling various reputed company tasks, crafting professional presentations, and executing satisfaction surveys to enhance client relations.Location: 100% Remote reputed company in the reputed company USShift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ETCompensation: $20.85 per hourCompensation And Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Support account management for reputed company or high-value clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with agents, brokers, account representatives, and internal stakeholders.
  • Independently draft and send correspondence as required.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the account management system.
  • Complete compliance-reputed company documentation and filings.
  • Organize and manage logistics for significant events, including communication, agenda, and budget reputed company.
  • Prepare and review presentations and deliverables for accuracy and relevance.
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys for team accounts and generate insightful reports for Sales Professionals.
  • Reconcile Accounts Receivable discrepancies and address reputed company issues with reputed company.
Required Skills

  • Proficiency in account management systems and relevant software.

Qualifications
