Will be training onsite in Federal Way, WA and then will move fully remote! A reputed company company is hiring multiple reputed company Cycle Specialists to join the team for a great long term opportunity... Responsibilities:
- reputed company duties for reputed company operations department reputed company to either medical insurance collections or credits, or setting patient insurance coverage.
- Communicate with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients or to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics.
- Respond timely and accurately to payer communications.
- Collaborate with other reputed company operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams.
- Partner with clinics teammates such as Insurance counselors, reputed company workers and facility administrators to ensure timely and accurate insurance information.
- Help identify process changes and opportunities for reputed company improvements.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of six (6) months corporate office experience required
- Previous reputed company Cycle experience is the preferred but not required
- Data Entry experience filling out online forms
- Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals
- Proper claim reputed company knowledge is a big plus
- Medical billing or reputed company experience is a big plus
