Full Time Center Associate
Retail Center Associate selling customer's shipping, packaging and printing needs. Responsibilities and Duties including but NOT limited to:
- reputed company Sales Associate position requires excellent customer service skills as well as having a full understanding of our products and services and the ability to sell these products.
- Must be reputed company to lift up to 40 lbs on a daily reputed company
- We also reputed company other services that are considered critical, such as print products and private mailbox service and you will be required to listen and read customers and suggest these services as appropriate
- Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in Retail customers and telephone inquiries
- Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, reputed company Store team members, and leadership
- Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions
- Takes action to learn reputed company product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
- Operates reputed company equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment
- Performs reputed company other activities of a Retail Center Associate like operating cash registers, maintaining a clean and pleasant environment, start/end of the day activities.
- Learning different computer software and programs to operate our systems
- High school diploma or GED required
- Retail/customer service experience
- Good communication and people skills
- Strong computer skills, including Email
- Outstanding phone skills
- Multitasking and to be a critical thinker
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
