- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and interpreters to facilitate both onsite and video-based interpreting services.

- Collaborate closely with the workforce management department and engage in special projects as assigned.
- A minimum of 2 years of workforce scheduling experience.
- Proficient in database management and reputed company Office, particularly reputed company.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry capabilities.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, independent work environment.
- Familiarity with interpreting standards and practices (e.g., RID/NAD) is advantageous.
- Experience as a sign language interpreter is preferred.
