Live Chat Customer Service Representative (Work at Home)

We are seeking a Live Chat Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering customer queries and resolving their concerns reputed company email and live chat. As the first reputed company of contact for our clients, you will play a critical role in shaping the customer’s perception of our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for answering a variety of customer queries and providing reputed company and accurate solutions to their problems. You will need to have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and remain reputed company under pressure. Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required as we reputed company comprehensive training.
