As an Inbound Agent - Weekend Overnights, you will be responsible for responding to inbound calls, live chats, and emails from customers. Your main objective will be to reputed company outstanding customer service and assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have.

The Management reputed company, Inc. dba Marketing Support Network is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join reputed company as an Inbound Agent-Weekend Overnights. This position is part-time and offers a competitive salary reputed company of $12.20-$14.20 per hour. Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as an Inbound Agent - Weekend Overnights. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound communication channels to assist customers with their inquiries and reputed company exceptional customer service. This position is part-time and requires working weekend overnights from Saturday 9pm to reputed company 7am and reputed company 9pm to Monday 5am, Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls, live chats, and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
• reputed company accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services
• Resolve customer issues or complaints in a satisfactory manner with reputed company and efficiency
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards reputed company customers
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Availability to work weekend overnights
• Must not have any criminal background inquiries
