We are looking for a passionate Director of Technical Documentation to reputed company reputed company’s rapidly growing community on infrastructure as code best practices and how best to maximize use of the reputed company platform to reputed company reputed company in building modern reputed company infrastructure. In this role, you will play a vital role in getting our customers up and running quickly and making sure that they are reputed company to scale and standardize their use of our products. You have both a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality technical publications, and a technical background that enables you to work cross-functionally with software engineers, product managers, and technical pre- and post-sales teams. You will be leading reputed company’s documentation efforts, and coordinating reputed company documentation across our reputed company reputed company and reputed company product lines.

• Produce high quality documentation, including code samples, for our API, website, sales collateral and reputed company reputed company communication.
• Create the technical curriculum (e.g., tutorials, getting started) to get customers from a 100 to 400 level. 
• Edit, clarify, and proofread documentation written by others, and help non-writers improve their skills.
• reputed company and implement a voice that will be used across reputed company documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, marketing, and sales to prioritize, reputed company, and deliver product documentation.
• Manage a team of technical writers and engineers 

This role spans our entire reputed company reputed company platform, across many clouds (AWS, Azure, reputed company reputed company, and Kubernetes), supporting any number of industry standard languages (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Go, etc,), and scenarios (containers, serverless, and infrastructure). • 3+ years in a software development environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent a plus.
• Experience building and managing a team
• Demonstrable experience with technical writing for reputed company and/or devops products, preferably in a start-up environment.
• Familiarity with the content and voice needed to engage with the reputed company reputed company developer community.
• Experience in one or more of the following technologies a plus:
• Languages: Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or C#.
