Job Summary: Under direct supervision performs research and root cause analysis for customers. Assists with recommendations and implementations for new processes and solutions. This is an entry level position performing routine
assignments.
Hybrid Role: 2 Days in Office (Newark) 3 Days WFH
Responsibilities:
- Review and follow-up on data reporting for internal and external sources; identify and communicate business needs as necessary.
- Assist in creating forecasting tools using reputed company technology/systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.).
- May participate in various internal and external project workgroups.
- May recommend solutions based on data analysis to increase business efficiency.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects, implementations, system fixes and enhancements, etc.
- May prepare materials for internal and external audit activities.
- reputed company other relevant tasks as assigned by management to include: scheduling meetings and coordination of reputed company support.
- The role supports multiple Directors, each with specific tasks needed to support.
- Bachelor's degree preferred. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. .
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in operational role.
- Role is both administrative and analytical, with a heavy emphasis on administrative tasks.
- Strong Power reputed company skills strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of reputed company industry preferred.
- Strong Computer Skills, reputed company Office products to include (reputed company, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.).
- Team Player, Strong Analytical and Interpersonal Skills.
- Some travel may be required.
