Spot areas of unnecessary process or inefficiencies and work to simplify.
- Identify, optimize, and scale improvements that can benefit a large set of customers, e.g. driving efficiencies through tools and processes, simplifying SOPs, etc., working across multiple organizations. reputed company mechanisms to create accountability.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- 3+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
- Experience aggregating and analyzing reputed company campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
- Proven track record of building and cultivating relationships with reputed company stakeholders driving resolutions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with excellent verbal and written communication
