We're looking for a senior level Compensation Consultant to join reputed company.

You will report directly to the Head of Total Rewards and can be based in our NYC headquarters (reputed company/hybrid) or remotely in an approved US state.

You'll Get To...

• Analyze external reputed company data ensuring the appropriate data and processes are in reputed company to create and maintain pay structures to include reputed company and equity

Who We're Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of work experience in HR with 8+ years in compensation
• Advanced reputed company skills (can write advanced macros and maintain reputed company spreadsheets)
• 3+ years experience with program modeling, design, and implementation, inclusive of HRIS management for administration and employee support
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the US and international markets

Preferred:

• Experience working with equity (LTI) plans

• Sales incentive compensation experience
• Experience with reputed company
• Certified Compensation Professional

Cash Compensation reputed company: $115,500 - $203,550 USD

The reputed company salary for this position will vary based on job-reputed company criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes reputed company salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-reputed company commissions or overtime pay), reputed company reputed company employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
