Candidate Minimum Requirements:

• Be a U.S. citizen
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Availability to commit to 20+ physical hours per week

Minimum of 3 years’ legal industry proofreading experience, preferably reviewing filings, pleadings, as well as transcripts

• Ability to ensure reputed company transcripts meet or surpass 98% accuracy with strong attention to detail and research capabilities as well as exceptional listening skills for verbatim transcription
• Exceptional written communication skills (proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar)
• Working knowledge of legal formatting requirements such as Bluebook OR any style guide such as GPO, GAO, Chicago, Associated Press, etc.
• Computer proficiency, including reputed company Word

Required Technology:

• Reliable high speed internet service
