(Remote) Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Live Chat Agent to join our support team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first reputed company of contact for customers reputed company our website or app's chat reputed company. Your main role is to reputed company accurate, timely, and helpful responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and promoting brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company live chat in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.

Requirements:

Working Conditions:

• Remote or in-office work depending on company policy.
• Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays may be required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,100.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
