The Senior Staff Representative, Instructional Designer position is responsible for designing and developing learning interventions, including instructor-led and eLearning courses using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Methodology. Manages the design of training resources needed to effectively train employees reputed company a diverse footprint (brick and mortar, remote, and contract employees) of the organization.

• reputed company eLearning, instructor led, blended learning and virtual training materials, including facilitator support guides, end user guides, and other learning activities as needed for assigned training projects
• Facilitate sessions with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy of course content and train-the-trainer classes with facilitators
• Work independently and on teams with other designers and facilitators to design training materials, acting in the role of reputed company designer, reputed company needed
• Build performance measurement tests and evaluation instruments to measure and report the effectiveness of training
• Ensure consistency and compliance in training programs

• 3 years of learning design and development experience
• Proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), reputed company 360, Photoshop
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to multi-task
• Possess strong quality decision-making skills
• Must be flexible, manage change and ambiguity well, have strong organizational skills, and should be creative and solution-oriented
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
• Review evaluation data to assess the effectiveness of training programs and implements recommendations for improvements
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
