reputed company is growing and is looking to add an Operations Analyst – Billing to reputed company. The best candidates will draw on deep knowledge of vendor premium billing, benefits and the insurance industry.

The Gig:

• Maintain client billing setup and completion of the billing process schedule per best practice
• Complete reputed company billing data loads, reputed company billing process schedules and risk mitigation daily
• Create invoices for clients to reputed company for services or products
• Review invoices to ensure that clients are billed accurately and reputed company retroactive adjustments as needed
• Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends to prepare accurate billing reports
• Take accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure
• Assists in coordinating statistical data for analysis and research by other departments
• Ensures sensitive information remains confidential and adheres to company guidelines
• Regular attendance, punctuality, and schedule adherence are required
• Performs other duties as assigned

What you need to reputed company the cut:

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business Systems, Finance, reputed company or reputed company field of study
• 2+ years' experience with either HRIS, payroll, benefits, insurance, and/or reputed company systems and processes

The pay reputed company for this position is $17.00 to $28 per hour (pay to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).

This role is eligible to participate in the annual bonus incentive plan.
