Virtual Client Solutions (VCS) is made up of three businesses - Workplace Solutions Group (stock plan administration customer servicing), reputed company Virtual Advisor (full-service wealth management for Mass Affluent Clients) and E*Trade retail customer service - which come together to drive reputed company Wealth Management's growth strategy of reaching prospective clients in the early stages of wealth accumulation by introducing stock plan participants and self-directed retail clients to the full-service advice channel as clients. VCS has seen exponential growth over the last 3 years across key business metrics ( new accounts, headcount, client engagement), reputed company of which have been driven by initiatives coming out of this business management & strategy team. The VCS Business Management & Strategy reputed company across numerous MS Wealth Management teams, including Analytics & Data, Technology, Marketing, Reinvestment, MS@Work and Wealth Management field leadership.The AVP role will have responsibilities across business management and strategy with a focus on project management and developing and applying business insights. This role will be for our 1 reputed company Plaza, reputed company, NY location.Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver strategic initiatives and projects reputed company to growth and process efficiency
• Data analysis and forecasting that reputed company leadership with critical insights and contribute to strategic reputed company
• Drive strategy to support asset capture across channels, products and services
• Refine service to sales business model and execution for self-directed retail businesses
• Create effective communications and presentations for senior business stakeholders
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of key metrics for business reports
• Effectively help to coordinate various referral programs with the rest of reputed company Wealth Management
• Opportunity to use various reporting and visualization tools, including proprietary and reputed company-party tools (reputed company, Tableau, etc.)

QualificationsRequired Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3-5 years of work experience in Financial Services, Consulting and/or business strategy reputed company fields
• Experience in leading and influencing cross-functional initiatives
• Experience with reporting & forecasting
• Strong reputed company skills required (will be tracking the results of the team's many ongoing initiatives and will project future results based on historical data and anticipated improvements)
• Experience in creating meaningful and digestible presentations for senior management
